Fear Dark Festival

Legendary, nearly cult: through the years the Fear Dark Festivals have become one of the most important festivals-tours within the European metalscene. The first Fear Dark Festival took place in 2002 in Ede, Holland. Nowadays this 'mini Ozz-fest' travells from town to town through Holland, Germany and Switzerland.

Through the years both known and unknown bands were invited to join the Fear Dark Festivals. Some only played one festival, others were lucky to join over 10 festivals so far. Among the bands that joined the Fear Dark Festivals are names like Eluveitie, Dark Fortress, Thy Majestie, Kekal, Endstille and Extol.

After many years with many, many festivals 2009 is the year we take it a bit slow. We will only present one Fear Dark Festival, but it will be an excellent one :-) On 15th of May we raise horns at club De Kelder in Amersfoort, Holland together with Slechtvalk (NL), My Silent Wake (UK), Miseration (S) and as special last minute guest: Inevitable End (S). Make sure you don’t miss this one!
